With the

B.J.A.T. is a group of individuals training
in a Martial Art called BudoTaijutsu of the Bujinkan Dojo. BudoTaijutsu martial
arts training, leads to the ability to live life fully, fearlessly, and freely.
Ours is a thorough system of personal preparation for facing the kinds of conflict
and opposition that can surprise us in the course of daily life. BudoTaijutsu
techniques are based on an ancient and well-tested system of warrior disciplines
handed down by nine historical Japanese family lineages. At the same time, our
training program is built around a very modern approach to handling the kind
of threats and confrontations most likely in our own contemporary culture.
BudoTaijutsu is a reality-based system that includes training in techniques
and strategies for dealing with:
" grappling, throwing, choking, and joint-locking "
" striking, kicking, and punching "
" stick, blade, cord, and projectile weapons "
" successfully handling multiple assailants and surprise attacks"
" overcoming psychological intimidation or bullying "

(The late Grandmaster training with recent Grandmaster)
There are no Liscensed teachers in the group. The director of the group has had 4 years plus training in Budo Taijutsu. What we do is study and learn as a group through the use of videos, trips to instructors, seminars, books and the directors personal knowledge. (The director, Joshua Gillund is working on his Shodan, black belt, in the Bujinkan at the time of this ad.) Testing for grades is a option through the American Bujinkan Dojo. A small donation would be appreciated to help with equipment upkeep. We are affliated with the Kenosha Buyu Dojo and the American Bujinkan Dojo who ranking would be through. We would meet on Saturday days as well as Friday and Sunday nights. Location has yet to be confirmed. If space is known to you let us know.
So come make new friends! Share a Legacy! Learn a great Self Defense art!
