For now you can download this actuator design spreadsheet which is also
handy for making Litz wire. The original document was created by 
Gerhard Ringel. I edited the spreadsheet so you can add your own wire.
The instructions are on the first tab and the calculator is on the second tab.

Here's a photo of the first remote actuator I built.
It was a monster at about 1g. It was put into a 
6" Gnat bitplane which was pretty uncontrollable.
I did manage to get a few circles out of it and hope to
rebuild the plane someday when I learn more about trimming
small fast models.
