Welcome to my hobbies page. I assume that you are here to learn more about my hobbies. Well, lets begin, shall we?
I am a huge movie fanatic. My collection really began to grow after I got my DVD player when I graduated from high school. The fist DVD that I bought was Grosse Pointe Blank staring John Cusack. Ever since then, my collection has been growing. Over the course of the past three years my collection has grown to well over 100 DVDs. I also own many VHS tapes.

In addition to watching films, I also enjoy making them. Some of the skills that I have learned as a Communications Major at Northern Illinois University have come in handy for this purpose.
I am a hug fan of Kevin Smith, one of my favorite directors. Each of his films contain two drug dealing characters called Jay and Silent Bob. I decided to pay tribute to them by making a fake commercial for Snootchie Bootchies Cereal, which features the two of them, and an array of drug based jokes. A couple of friends of mine, Aaron Adams and Greg Twait, played the parts of the children who are eating the cereal. I entered this into a small film festival at NIU in Spring of 2001 and I won the Golden Reel Award for comedy. I was very pleased and shocked when I won.
Well, that's about it for my hobbies page. I suppose its time for you to move on to another part of my wonderful and amazing web site. Have fun!
