Currently I do not have an order form so you will have to

Step 1: Send me and e-mail at

include the following information...
1- Your name and address
2- The ID number of the Betta
3- How many Betta you would like to order (Males, Females, Pairs, Trios, Reverse
Trios, Etc.)
4- Extra stuff you want? (1.4 oz Betta Bites Betta Food = $4.00, Half-Gallon
Bowl = $10.00, Heat Pack = $5.00.
Stem 2: Go to the Shipping
Information page and choose the shipping option you prefer. ( I ship to
U.S.A. ONLY! )
Step 3: Wait for an e-mail reply by me verifying
availability and further ordering instructions.
