Here you will see the different colour strains I am currently working on and give you an idea as to what I may have available for stocks. Presently, I am working with the Halfmoon form in all of my strains. The bettas pictured here are only juveniles at three months of age or younger, however, their potential are evident as most of them are already showing Halfmoon finnage. MALES:
The two bettas pictured above are from my turquoise strain. They are showing great finnage as well as colour, and the one on the left even shows a caudal spread of more than 180 degrees!
I simply couldn't resist posting up more pictures of my reds as they are real gorgeous fish! All these bettas are still young, as such, they have yet to colour up on their bodies. As they grow, these bettas will also develop a deeper red, and of course, more finnage :-)
Here is one of my favourite strains - melanos! At present, there are still lots of iridiscence showing up in this strain as you can see in the bettas shown above. However, I believe that the next generation should produce cleaner blacks. Again, note that these are young bettas, as such, they have yet to develop that dark black colour.
Brother to the blacks above, these steels have splendid finnage as well, and are already showing good volume to their fins.
FEMALES:
As you can see for yourself, females can be just as beautiful as well! These females are showing very solid colour as well as good finnage. With such females, you can expect future spawns to be even more beautiful!
