DETAILED DESCRIPTION
I FRAME
1. The frame is made in shape of a hard rivet girder, which is connected with wheels with the help of tubular welded constructions. The girder is riveted by special high-strong rivets with application of aircraft technologies. Frame material - 100% high-strong aluminium alloys.
2. Standard frame has a range of adjustment to suit riders from about 155 to 195 cm tall. It is carried with the help of the movement of the seat back and forth. The position is fixed by 4 hand-screws in the lower part of the seat.
3. To special order the frame can be lengthened or shortened to change the range of adjustment to suit riders.
4. A bracket for mounting a tricycle computer is situated in the front part of the frame.
5. A bracket for mounting an electric generator is welded on to the fork of the rear wheel.
6. There are screws in the front part of the frame to attach a water bottle.
II BRAKES
Attention! Brakes are part of the frame. Brakes are completed with all their components.
1. All wheels have drum brakes, which are built in wheel bushes and have cable drive.
2. Brakes of 2 front wheels are actuated by left brake handles.
3. Brake of the rear wheel is actuated by right handle. The right handle has a parking brake.
4. The brake system of front wheels doesn't depend on the brake system of the rear wheel.
5. Brake chocks on all the wheels are changeable and mutual replaceable (without asbestos).
III WHEEL BUSHES
1. Bushes of front wheels are special, with heightened stiffness, made of high-strong aluminium alloy.
2. Ball-bearings with protective gaskets are increased in diameter by comparison with ordinary bike bearings, because the wheel is connected to the frame only on the one side - in cantilever. It is made for mounting an axle, which is larger in diameter and stronger.
3. The rear wheel bush is of our own construction, with heightened stiffness, with flanges, that have different height for using spokes of the same length. This bush is made of high-strong aluminium alloy. Width of the fork of the rear wheel is135 mm. Thread is made for a standard cassette of 7- or 8- sprockets.
IV TRANSMISSION
Drive to rear wheel. A special roller with supports on ball-bearings holds and guides the chain. The same function has a protective tube, which proofs against ingress of clothes, fingers and foreign objects into the chain.
V SUSPENSION
1. Suspension of two front wheels is on thrust ball-bearings, that offers a perception of huge loads, but efforts by maneuvering are minimal.
2. Suspension of the rear wheel is made in form of a double-support fork with a shock-absorber with controlled stiffness.
3. There is a relieved fork of the rear wheel without shock-absorber for a "racing" recumbent tricycle.
VI SYSTEM STEERING
1. The steer is turning by easy movement of hands, because all the turning assemblies are made on ball-bearings.
2. The steer is made in form of a "cramp" with handles up (width 480 mm).
3. Steer, steering tie rods, steering brackets are made of high-strong aluminium alloy. Steering tie rods have tips with left and right threads, that helps to control the position of front wheels exactly. This tips have hinge bearings.
VII SEAT
The seat is plastic, is made of basalt fabric and special epoxid glue.
VIII CARRIER
Bracket for mounting any standard carrier. Carrier is in frame color.
IX MUDGUARDS
Mudguards are made of aluminium sheet. They are in frame color. They are mount by help of wire supports (O 3 mm).
