Chef Jeremy Jackson has been TOWN's foundation. His kitchen techniques and food presentation really tie into the Chinese culture. Chef Jackson spent 5 years in China, traveling between Beijing and Shanghai, learning about Chinese culture through first-hand experience. His love for China and cooking made him become the amazing chef he is today.
