California's Route 31

331.  Route 31 was from Route 60 to Route 91 via Norco.


      This route ceased to be a state highway when Route 15 from Route 60 to Route 91 was finished.
Until it was, Route 31 was dubbed as Temporary Route 15.  The freeway was finished about seven
years ago.


      This was also one of those routes which stayed on one street all the time.  The street was Milliken
Avenue.
