Road Conditions
1984: Portion from Route 101 to Route 84 transferred from Route 84. (This transfer was the old approach to the Dumbarton Bridge.)
2000(?): Portion from Route 280 to Route 101 deleted.
Route 114 runs entirely on Willow Road. This route and its parallel comrade, Route 109, branch off from Route 84 at the western end of Dumbarton Bridge near the same point. They meet Route 101 about a mile apart from each other.
