bodgy = sub-standard, usually in relation to food Eg. "This sausage which is charcoal on the outside and frozen on the inside is bodgy."
  
* cart track = any major road leading home, but specificalle the Pacific Hwy. Usually used at the end off a night eg, "lets hit the cart track."
  
  chuffed = pleased, happy. eg. "I was really chuffed with my mark."
  
* Cockaigne, Cockayne = (mythical, medieval legend) a land of idleness and luxury
     
do = gathering or party eg. "Mil & Lin's boxing day night do was a scream."
     
dodgy = substandard things that aren't bodgy
     
doozy, barry = shambles. EG. "I had a complete doozy of an afternoon."
  
* Dreaded Misconstrue = ie. attack of the Dreaded Misconstrue. An unseen bird capable of garbling anything you say, so that the person you are telling misunderstands, and usually makes something more dramatic than it is.

= form of address for  when you're saying something very important and meaningful, placed at the beginning of the sentence to gain friend's attention. Eg, "Dude, he's totally wrong for you"
    
emotional fuckwit = person who is emotionally stuffed and unable to sustain normal human relationships eg. "She's an emotional fuckwit". also v."He's emotionally fuckwitting me", n. "This emotional fuckwittage is  really getting to me."

gyme = a gym OR outburst of frustration OR exclamation of understanding
 
* harness the chi = verb. calm down and centre your energy
    
hellody = hello its nice to see you
    
hilarious = funny, good
    
hurrah = joyful outburst. eg "hurrah! that's wonderful!"
    
fungible = something, whereby "lending" to someone, you actually give away full possession and ownership of. Generally you don't want the same one back (but a substitute), eg. money, a cup of sugar, some gum.
    
maturity mole = (mythical) the mole males develop (usually located under where they would wear a watch) indicating they have reached the point of maturity whereby they are ready to settle down, "marry a plain chick" and procreate.
   
metrosexual = guys who are very image concious and very in touch with their feminine sides  but are heterosexual eg. David Beckham, Robbie Williams, USydLaw boys.
 
* newfound = someone you've just met, who has no connections to any of your other friends. EG. "I picked up a newfound last night."
    
not happy jan = displeased  
    
parfait =  verb meaning to streak. eg 'lets go parfait on the beach'
 
* pink jellybean = asking someone out. eg. "I'd like to give him a pink jellybean" = I'd like to ask him out; "I give you my pink jellybean" = I like you, will you go out with me please?; "he offered me a pink jellybean" = he asked me out; "I like her, but she'd never accept my pink jellybean" = I like her, but she's never go out with me.
 
* random = something, or someone unexpected or unknown. Eg. "I had this totally random day", "he said this totally random thing", "I picked up a random last night".
    
rst = resolved sexual tension eg. "they're rsting!", "last night they rsted their ust."
   
scream = very entertaining  eg. "Oh my god, that was a scream!"
 
* stock market analysis = rank of the various potentials in a room. Stock market analysises are usually performed whilst out and intoxicated.

tabasco theory = Current leading theory on relationships. The theory discusses development in social relationships, from the tabasco phase (of initial initial aquaintance) to either sugar (a friendship) or salt (a more than friendship). It's prime thesis is that "it's easy to move from tabasco to salt, or tabasco to sugar, but its  hard to move between salt and sugar and vice verca."  Initially concieved by Lewis and Linda at New Orleans Cafe to expain Bubs's love life, the theory has taken on general acceptance and is  now being considered for a Nobel Prize.

ustable laki-laki = a boy you'd want to have ust with (laki-laki is indonesian word for boy) eg. "tonight, lets find some ustable laki-lakis!"
   
wachoonk! = 'slap in the face northshore' - �Marcus 2002. A usually derisive exclamation for when something is blatantly northshore, or an adjective for something being blatantly northshore. EG, when 2 north shore girls are scared of driving over the harbour bridge, you exclaim "Wachoonk!" or say "That is very wachoonky behaviour."
