Texas Outlaws Change Their Ways
~ a story from the old west ~
"Yosemite Sam" and "Belle Star" are a pair of outlaws.
Once doomed to a life producing purebred pups for a Puppy Mill, they escaped and soon found themselves in trouble with the law.
Animal Control captured the two renegade hounds and put them behind bars at the San Angelo Animal Shelter.
The owner had to pay $400 to retreive them intact or pay $39 each and they would be neutered and released.
Facing loss of cash crop either way the Hustler relinquished the infamous duo to the Shelter.
Then one day a stranger rode into town, posted bail and saved the fugitives from death row.
So off into the sunset Yosemite Sam and Belle Star went together in search of a forever home.
Word has it they are hanging around somewhere deep in the Heart of Texas.
"Yosemite Sam" is a medium sized beagle with lighter markings.
This charming and outgoing fellow is very attached to his partner in crime.
"Belle Star" is tiny precious little thing, tri color with the sweetest face.
She is rather shy especially around strangers.
Both of them are so very lovable and affectionate.
They apreciate any attention you can give them.
These hounds are housebroken and in thier golden years.
Sam 12 and Belle Star 10 years old.
Fairly good condition all things considered... obviously too well fed so need to be put on a diet.

You would not believe what a sweet treasure these two are.
Their expressive big brown eyes just sparkle with so much life and hope.
This couple is sure to steal your heart.
