Tuesday to Thursday 2.30pm – 4.30pm
Saturday 10.30am – 12.30pm & 2.00pm – 4.00pm
Closed Sunday, Monday & Friday
The Museum can be opened outside regular opening hours for group visits from parties of adults or children.
Admission
There is no charge for admission, although donations are always welcome.

Barnet Museum lies in Wood Street close to the church of St John the Baptist, just five minutes walk from High Barnet Tube Station, on the Northern Line.

Take the Northern Line to High Barnet Station
Turn right out of the station, walk up Barnet Hill, take the left fork at Barnet Church – the Museum is on the left, by the bus stop

Facilities
Archive: the Museum is a centre for family and local history research , and the archive is available to view. Items of interest can be photocopied or scanned for a small charge.
Shop: our small shop sells books, maps and photographs.
Parking: there is a multi-storey car park behind the Spires Shopping centre and a small public car park behind the museum in the Court House Gardens (down Manor Close, first entrance on your left after the museum, coming from the eastern end of Wood Street). |
