Banjordan's BK Lair
Welcome to Banjordan's BK Lair! Managed by Banjordan, BBKL has been a proud supporter of Rareware and Banjo-Kazooie and will continue to be, even with the Microsoft/Rare buyout. BBKL is a Banjo-Kazooie site that focuses on the Banjo-Kazooie Xbox games and tons of beta info on the N64 games. Enjoy!

Update - 3/5/2004:
Rare-Extreme has their Tour of Rare HQ feature up. Sad to say, we were never even supposed to know about Stop 'N' Swop and it wasn't meant to be released. Although I firmly believe SNS was dropped, this still sounds fishy, the ice key being in DK64's memory and the mentioning of the secrets in the ending don't quite go with Rare's story, but I'm not going to fret over this since SNS is dropped anyway. Anyway, let's congratulate R-E for the great special!
Layout is still not done, more stuff is being added as I redo the site.

Update - 2/18/2004:
Someone from Rare-Extreme announced on the Rare Witch forums just today that they went on a tour of the Rare HQ and found out some info regarding Stop 'N' Swop. I hope this isn't a trick. I'll put up any new info regarding this.
I'm still trying to recode all the pages so the new look and features of BBKL aren't going to be up for a while.

Update - 1/10/2004:
Hope you had a happy new year! I just joined the Banjo International web ring. That's it for now! Still redoing the pages, new layout will be up soon.

Update - 12/22/2003:
I got another affiliate, The Banjo Kazooie Pages, owned by Breegull Master.
It's getting to be a hassle trying to update all the pages and trying to make the site flow together nice, so I'll be totally redoing the site again. I've been busy with so much and haven't had a lot of time to work on BBKL. But since I'm on Christmas break, I'll have more time. Expect to see some changes soon. :-)
Never mind what I said in the last update about moving to a new server and the problems with the extra feature (popups) on GeoCities, their CJB's popups.

Update - 12/20/2003:
Happy anniversary! Exactly one year ago was when I officially started Banjordan's BK Lair.
No, I haven't forgotten about the site. I have a new layout that is much better for navigation designed and plan to update everything soon along with some new stuff. On a side note, there's a good chance I'll be switching to a new server when I get the new layout finished if things become worse because of some, uh, "extra feature", that's been creating a few problems. That's it for now, see ya later.

Update - 10/4/2003:
WOOHOO! I launched my new site about a week ago, Banjordan 3D! Check it out! It's a site where I put up my Blender stuff and gaming related creations. Also, I've purchased banjordan.com. Until Geocities decides to make any screwy, unfavorable changes, BBKL is staying here. I haven't uploaded the Banjordan 3D site to the domain yet, but I will soon (since FreeWebs servers are very slow). BTW, got my hands on BKGR and played about 10 minutes so far, great game!
I've been really busy with school, so I haven't had much time to do a whole lot (Banjordan 3D and other projects have been taking up most of my time). Expect to see some worthwhile updates sometime in the near future. So keep checking back!

Update 2 - 8/22/2003:
Oh dang! (ignoring the size of the update) I can't belive I didn't see this sooner on Rare's site! Rareware has confirmed Banjo Pilot's release... On GBA? (that's certainly news to me). THQ will be publishing it along with BKGR. I also found that Rare has put up a different story line for BKGR, I'll try to change the current one I have soon.
Looks like Banjo Box is going to get a little dusty until Banjo Kazooie 3 (or a rumored BT remake) release. You can find info on the GBA games under Miscellaneous until I get around to adding another section or something.
Rare has confirmed Mr. Pants will be in his own game called: "It's Mr. Pants!". As a side note, for a long while now I've had an idea (with a partial story written out) for a game I was going to work on that starred Mr. Pants, but never got around to working on it, looks like good ol' Rare is now going to beat me to it. :-)

Update - 8/22/2003:
Got back from vacation and found that the legendary Rare Witch Project's main site is back up! Check out two major discoveries they made with Banjo-Kazooie!
Also found a scripting error that was on every single page, but fixed it.

Update - 8/15/2003:
Changed the layout and cleaned up most of the code on ALL of the pages on the site. The Archives are up and ready too.
I was in a rush uploading everything so if you find any bugs or mistakes, please report them to me.

Update - 8/1/2003:
Nintendo didn't want to publish BKGR so Rare, with BKGR being finished, was without a publisher for BKGR for a while, but now they have THQ as the pubslisher. There's also been talks about a new game called Banjo Pilot. I Haven't had much to update on the site I know except with little bits of news, I'm going to change the layout and flow of the site because it's horrible in my opinion, I'm also gonna get started on BT beta.

Update - 7/27/2003:
Checked up on the Rare Witch Project today like I always have been doing and found a little something extra below the usual green "coming soon" logo. The grand ol' Banjo forums are back, the Banjo community might now recover! In the forums, I found Ice Mario had posted a link to the original site stuff. Click here: http://www.rarewitchproject.com/retro
Enjoy the rebirth of the forums!
