8/8/2003 No it hasn't been confirmed, there isn't even any info on it all, and there probably won't be any for a long time. My mistake.

12/13/2002: These are screen shots from a Gamecube demo Rare released at Spaceoworld 2000. Rare had very little time to do it so they had to use existing characters from Banjo-Tooie and other past games. The demo starts off with a rave or something going on and then it shows a lot of familiar characters chasing Banjo and Kazooie through a canyon. Notice that the Canyon looks similar to the one in Diddy Kong Racing where Wizpig gets bonked in the head. Probably another thing Rare decided to use to save time.

11/30/2002: It has been confirmed that a third Banjo-Kazooie game is going to be released, on the Xbox that is, instead of the Gamecube. Although, lots of people are upset by this, it gives Rare a fresh start with all sorts of new possibities; with the Xbox's built-in hard drive, they might be able to get Stop 'N' Swop to finally work. When the new Banjo game is coming? I don't know, but it's supposed to be by the same guys so you can bet it's going to be as good as the first two.

So far, the only info on it that even comes close is a video that Rare had shown at Spaceworld to fill in the time till it's release. I'll try to put more info on it soon.
