Now that the training camp has come to a close, Coach JD and his staff are done deliberating and assessing each player's progress and development in preparation for the upcoming summer. Through daily workouts that tested the grit and sheer determination of each and every individual, the staff is now ready to release their projected starting 5 of team Bee-Have for the first game of this summer's white plains basketball, year 2.

At Center, Mikoy Salonga is expected to man the post. Left with no other choice given Paolo Alvendia's(the number one option at this position) vacation in Canada, Team Bee-Have will rely heavily on this quick shooting big man to bang the boards and provide an inside presence.

At Power Forward, the new recruit, Chad "Boozer" Pacheco is expected to fill in perfectly. Armed with steady shooting from 20 feet beyond and some bulked up muscle ready to box out, he should be a reliable player for this team in dire need of some offense and brute strength.

At Small Forward, Ronan "ashton" Enriquez will be tasked not only to lock down the opponents best scorer but to provide some timely slashes and baskets as well. His job is not easy, being the side kick of a run and gun shooting guard, but he has to learn how to be a steady and consistent performer or his job will surely be temporary.

At Shooting Guard, Miguel "dynamike" Delfin has cemented his spot in this line up possibly forever. Barring any injuries or CM/MM activities, he will definitely be the go to guy every time he feels like it. This team will only go as far as this guy takes them so it will be up to the dynamike to make sure that the team is competitive EVEN when he's not on the court.

At Point Guard, Carl "the Golden Ratio" Constantino will be asked to lead the team each time down the court. The coaching staff is hoping that together with a new bulked up frame comes ball control, crisp passing and fewer turnovers. Otherwise, there are many off the bench eager to take his spot.

As mentioned above, this line-up is only temporary. Depending on their performances after game 1, a lot can be changed. After all, there are still reliable people coming off the bench which makes this team a lot stronger than last year. Not only do they have a year under their belt, many have developed and found ways to improve. With Nico Agustin, Paolo Alvendia, Carlo Mendoza, and Timmy Jimenea, all possible starters, coming off the pine, expect this team to never lose their steam even as the starters go to the bench to rest.

It's gonna be one heck of a season, make no mistake about it. The boys are eager and so are we! I predict a playoff berth finally, now more than ever.
