This document was created to explain what is considered appropriate use of AZ Plexus free classifieds for businesses, groups, and organizations.

The guidelines set out in this document will not only help you maximize the effectiveness of your posts but will also help prevent your posts from being deleted. Besides inappropriate use of subject lines, the most common reasons a post will be deleted are:

1. Subject line makes it difficult to search.
2. No message body.
3. Offensive post.
4. Illegal activity.

This document outlines what is and what will not be acceptable for businesses, groups, and organizations who post on the AZ Plexus free classifieds e-mail list.

AZ Plexus, its creator, and its moderators can not be held responsible in any way for any problems encountered upon the posting forum, through use or abuse of the forum, or in any event that was a result of communications or encounters through the forum. Users of AZ Plexus assume full responsibility. By posting or responding to posts through AZ Plexus, a user agrees that they are solely responsible for whatever might transpire as a result of that use.

Businesses, groups of all kinds, and organizations are free and more than welcome to post on the AZ Plexus free classifieds list. What is acceptable are posts for events, special events, sales, special promotions, group meetings, charitable events, etc. All in all the list can be used for what anyone or everyone else would and will use it for. However, the exception for the parties that this document concerns itself, is that no business, organization, or group can repeatedly advertise themselves upon the list. This is to say that an occasional mention of a company, group, or organization is fine and acceptable. Occasional is meant to say once a month and with discretion in the posted content. Any more attempts than this will be deleted and the party posting will be banned from the list.

If consistent and frequent advertisement is desired the business, organization, or group is encouraged to contact the group owner at [email protected] to discuss options and opportunities for sponsorship and general, regular advertisement, and not simply post such advertisement without the approval of the list owner. NOTE: This means that a volunteer moderator's approval is not sufficient. There are no costs or fees for regular advertisement or permission to post regularly.
