The Elementary Department Program aims to:

The Binalbagan Catholic College Elementary Department started its legacy in the year 1951 and continues to influence and embody each students knowledge with morality and inspired by the charism of the Jesus Christ.
Elementary Department is compose of 6 grades to help student develop in diffirent aspects and for years, the school strives hard to improve , satisfy and give justice for students to learn what they should and wanted to learn.
