The "Chosen " Ones

The Mind of  W. Kite

There are those that think far to highly of themselves, while others value themselves far to little.

Those who spend there time trying to find out who is the blame for the problem, are most likely sending far to little time on solving the problem.

Some are so shallow, that one needs no boots to wade through their thoughts.

The wind of change blows some in the direction of greatness, and others it just blows away.

If some cannot have center stage, they don’t want to be in the show at all.

To fall from grace, one must have been there to start with.

Your eyes tell you what you see, your mind tells you what you think of it, but your heart is what tells you how you feel about it.

In the battle to remain sane, a good sense of humor is the best weapon you can have.

One should always remember that in life reasoning works only on the reasonable.

The more warped the mind, the more twisted the thoughts.

Where too many tears have fallen everything dies, and nothing will ever grow there again.

Take time while you can, for time will take you where it will before you know it.

The truth is always there, even when you wish it were not.

No walls are high enough to hold in a free mind.

The body can be held captive, but not the soul.

In the war against ignorance, many are going into battle unarmed.

The reason the oldest trick in the book always works is because everyone has forgotten about it!

Men see women as they are, women see men for what they can make them into.

Does it ever seem to you that you end up finishing more things than you started?

If the kill has become more important to you than the hunt, it is no longer a sport.

There are those whose lives shine like a beacon from a lighthouse, to show others the safe way home.

The only thing worse than being in love, is not being in love.

Be careful of what you say, for you can never unsay it.

Some believe the human race is on its last lap, but I see no end in sight.

If there were no fools, who would show us what not to do?

Don’t say you care if you do not, for I would rather be rejected, than lied to.

Before you can find the meaning of life, you must live a little.

At times it is harder to accept the answer, than it was to ask the question.

Sadder than death, is life without love.

It may well be better to be a loveable fool, than a lonely wise man.

If you cannot see the good in others, you have no chance at all of ever finding the good within yourself.

When something good is shared, it is enjoyed all the more, and when pain is shared, it hurts much less.

If you have felt the pain of others, you have within you now a part of them, and you are linked to them forever.

Life is a storm that ends only with the last breath of air.

All that is seen is not all that is.

Being made to eat your words will be easier if your words are always sweet ones.

The young see old as something they will never be, the old see young as something they will never be again.

The fear of a thing can sometimes hurt you more than the thing you fear.

The time you once had is gone; the time you have left is all that matters now.

It matters not how many times you fall on the way as long as you get there in the end.

Dying poor is not so bad, if one has lived a rich life.

Breathing if done long enough will cause death.

When a fool wins an argument what does that make the person who lost it?

The mind, like cities has its back streets, and some are not safe to walk down.

Intellect without common sense is a very dangerous thing.

To love again, is to live again.

To fear things you do not know is normal, and to fear what you do know is sometimes wise.

Nothing last forever, but there are things that seem like they do.

The mind cries out for help, the heart cries out for love.

If the price is nothing, the value is the same.

We to often fear the things we should not, and not the things we should.

If you have been a fool for love, you are a member of a very large club.

Death is all that awaits those who are afraid to live.

Getting halfway to somewhere is better than getting nowhere at all.

When the shadows grow long, you know the light is fading fast.

Those who believe they are safe are in far more danger than those who know they are not safe.

A lonely man is a loner, a lonely women is a shame.

To have heard the word from its source is far better than to be told it by someone else.

The truth is not always bad news, just most of the time.

Everyone may know what happened, but only you know why.

The young will see a world that the old will not, just as the old have seen a world the young cannot remember.

The young have dreams; the old have memories.

Not all roads lead to somewhere; some are just dead ends.
