THE love-in between Madonna and
Kylie Minogue continues apace. We're
told Madge, who once wore a Kylie T-shirt during a gig,
pitched up at the Aussie pop pixie's sell-out London
concert on Saturday.
A reveller says: "She arrived a bit
late, so someone was in her seat. But she didn't seem
fazed - she went to sit with Rupert Everett
and looked like she really loved the show."
So did Kylie, 36. She was given an award
for selling the most tickets for any solo artist at
Earls Court - beating, you guessed it, her pal Madonna.

No
disrespect intended

The controversy
surrounding Madonna and Guy's choice of Purim party
costumes continues to run in the US press. Guy dressing
as The Pope has caused outrage in some Catholic circles,
expecially as The Pope is in ill health at the moment.
A picture of Madonna and Guy dressed as a nun and the
Pope was splashed across the front page of the New York
Post this morning.
Madonna's publicist Liz Rosenberg said:
They went to a costume party. There wasn't disrespect
intended at all. That's just somebody looking for a
problem when there isn't one.
Catholic Leaders Blast
Madonna and Ritchie By WENN ............................................ Madonna
and her filmmaker husband Guy
Ritchie have infuriated religious chiefs
following their decision to attend a party
dressed as a nun and the Pope respectively--at a
time when Pope John Paul II is becoming
increasingly frail.
Madonna
and Ritchie
celebrated the Jewish holiday of Purim by
dressing up for a Kabbalah bash in London March
24--angering Catholic leaders.
America's Catholic League president William
Donahue says, "It just goes to show you
what a moral slug this man (Ritchie)
is that he would get dressed up as the Pope at a
time like this.
"We're quite disappointed. We Catholics
thought we had finally gotten rid of the witch
when she (Madonna)
discovered Kabbalah."
However, Madonna's
publicist says, "No disrespect was
intended."

Madonna unaware of
'Housewives'
Monday, March 28
2005,
Madonna has revealed that she has
never heard of hit show Desperate Housewives.
The revelation dispels rumours suggesting that Madge
would be making a cameo appearance on the show, since
she has been so preoccupied with her Kabbalah faith that
she has not been paying attention to TV shows.
Her spokesperson told website The Scoop: "I can
guarantee you that she's not even familiar with the
show."
Versace
Fashion Show
It's not easy to upstage
Madonna, but two anti-fur protesters managed to
do just that when they stormed the catwalk at
Italian designer Donatella Versace's haute
couture show in Paris on Saturday. Madonna was
sitting in the front row with pal Gwyneth
Paltrow and Chelsea Clinton, Bill Clinton's
daughter. Madonna is reported to have arrived
about an hour late with a phalanx of bodyguards
after a Versace reception for herself, Boy
George and the elite press.

there's also a Tracy Young megamix awaiting
her approval. Anyhow, three different promo

talked about tour of 2001. This show was filmed
live at The Palace of Auburn Hills in her home
town of Detroit, USA on August 26th.

spectacular audio and visual feast. The Drowned

breaking new ground and pushing back the
boundaries of live musical and theatrical
performance. Tracklisting: Drowned World, Impressive

Madonna
shirt for auction
A glittering stars-and-stripes T-shirt worn by
Madonna on her recent Drowned World Tour is
expected to fetch up to £10,000 when it is
auctioned for charity later this month.
The diamante-studded shirt is one of a
range of celebrity donations to go under the
hammer to raise money for children with cancer
and leukaemia.
The shirt was worn on the
bucking bronco
Madonna wore
the T-shirt, designed by Catherine Malandrino,
on the bucking bronco while singing Tell Me
during her last world tour.
The star's Grammy-winning single Ray of Light
will feature on TV adverts for Microsoft Windows
XP, it has just been announced.
Get ready
for some exclusive material on
the material girl! VH1 dug
through the archives, and dug
out early footage, photos and
stories for its shiny new
special -- "EV*O*LU*TION:
MADONNA."
Premiering on VH1 Sunday,
October 21, the one-hour event
airs many never-seen moments
in MADONNA's versatile
career. One of the highlights:
footage from her first film,
'The Egg,' made by University
of Michigan classmate WYN
COOPER. The sizzling
feature shows the
model/actress/music mogul like
we've never seen her before --
consuming a raw egg and having
an egg fried on her stomach.
If that's not enough, ANTHONY
PANZERA, a New York
artist, unveils some of his
early paintings of a nude
Madonna for the first time.
The special also reveals the
star in another early film
role, not surprisingly, as a
dominatrix. And it plays
footage of the Material Gal in
dance class, before she became
a mama.
Other countless gems and
images are caught on tape too,
as old dance buddies and
bandmates come out of the
woodwork to share their
discotheque tales and Madonna
drama moments.
Don't miss the special on VH1,
October 21 at 9:00 p.m.(ET/PT).
