The Eternal flame that dwells within, 
Even though our race fell in sin, 
Has been with us always, one and all, 
Survived till now, even through the fall.

It is the light to show the way,
Pass us through on Judgment day,
Guard and guide us to the truth,
Let’s us know it is of some use.  

It's the pilot while on this plane, 
The power here for us to use and gain, 
To see us through this life on earth, 
And give us our understanding faith.

For this power that you cannot see,
Been given by Him to set us free,
To live and love and be aware,
Watched over simply in His care.   

To give it a name we have a choice, 
Those that have ears hear His voice, 
There’s Spirit, Essence and even Soul, 
To get this body through to the goal.

Now we know what it is all about, 
We hear His words no need to shout, 
because we have that will to find, 
It is of the Spirit not the mind.
