Mask of gold, blue and red
Fashioned only for the dead
Protection for what’s before us
In the eye of eternal Horus

Created in time never ending
In company of those attending
For the voyage through life ahead
Revealed in the Book of the Dead

A King in death that never dies
As Osiris battles for the prize
To pass on through the seven doors
Claim the life that is truly yours

All aboard the sacred Barque
For the journey through the dark
To lands of light in the distance
As your heart and feather balance

The key of life is firmly grasped
As earths life waters are sapped
To prepare for you the last procession
Embalmed buried with your possessions

Tutankhamen was your name
As pharaoh over the Nile you reign
And now once again in the western lands
Buried beneath the desert sands
