I am an English teacher at West Pike High School in Kinderhook, Illinois. The district also incorporates the towns of Hull and New Canton. I am married with two children.
I earned a Bachelor's degree at 
Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a Master's degree in Educational Administration at the 
University of Illinois-Springfield while taking a smattering of courses at Western Illinois University.
My family consists of my wife, Paula, who is an assistant principal at Pikeland Community School in Pittsfield, Illinois, my son Ben (who was absent when these pics were taken; we'll get him on later), a third-grader at PCS, and my daughter, Sydney, who is 3 1/2 years old.
