What is our competition doing?
What are they doing right?
When researching the competition I have noticed that the very few companies that provide the same products have websites with clear pricing and sizing on them which makes their websites easier to navigate.
What are they doing wrong?
I have noticed that many people who weld these certain types of bracelets only have etsy shops and don't have actual websites where customers can easily oder their products.
How can I do better?
Since this business has such little competition, I think just having a website puts this company above the rest. Other than having a website, ways I can make the website better is making ordering and order request forms easily accessible.
