Somewhere, on the side of a mountain, there is a cave. In this cave lives a Harmless Little Old Man, known to his acquaintances as Hlom. Hlom lives frugally but contentedly, and shares what food he has (nuts, fruit and berries) with anyone who visits.

In human form, Eakosta appears to be in her early thirties.

picked up through occasional study at the
Institute of Enchantment in Atlantis:

Eakosta prefers spells from the school of enchantment.

In human form, Krylona appears to be in her early twenties.

Krylona prefers spells from the school of conjuration.

Zalixa, mature adult silver dragon, female.

Daughter of Hlom.
In human form, Zalixa appears to be in her early twenties.
Zalixa has additional magical skills beyond those of a standard silver dragon,
picked up through her association with various bards:
Wizard spells, cast at 13th level: 7 x 1st-level, 6 x 2nd-level, 4 x 3rd-level, 2 x 4th-level;
Zalixa prefers spells from the school of song magic.
When not visiting their father, Eakosta, Krylona and Zalixa are often found on their way to or from Atlantis. Living frugally undoubtedly has its merits, but so do the tasty seafood and fashionable shops of the big city.
Eakosta, Krylona and Zalixa think that Vladimir is quite wonderful for a human, and cannot understand why other humans do not get on with him.
Note for DMs:
Hlom, Eakosta, Krylona and Zalixa are really just included to check whether or not the player characters have read their Monster Manuals. And, of course, to make life uncomfortable for male chauvinist player characters.
However, if red dragons are around and Vladimir is busy elsewhere, Eakosta, Krylona and Zalixa could turn up and do their stuff.
