To promote and develop a credible network of non- professional and professional artists of Performing Arts (cinema, theatre, dance, painting, etc.) living in Canada and in Afro-Caribbean countries;

To promote the film and theatre first productions from Africa and Caribbean, being inspired by our traditions and problems in the world today;

To create an Afro-Caribbean Arts Centre with specific objectives;

To organize yearly an International Festival in order to promote performing arts (Cinema and Theatre) in the course of which various prizes will be awarded;

To promote solidarity and relationship between Canadian and Afro-Caribbean artists in order to identify and work on similar projects;

To represent, support and introduce artists to private or public areas in order to promote their abilities, their blooming and the respect of their rights;

To develop strong ties of cooperation, partnership and solidarity between similar associations in Canada and in Afro-Caribbean countries;

To make the company visible and credible by taking into consideration the essentials of the artistic production in accordance with the task of the company.
