Abstract -
In the study of the analysis of the capacity of Pressure
Reduction System as a CNG gas pressure reducing device, a study of the
performance of PRS was carried out on a predetermined performance standard with
a standard flow rate at 100 Nm3 / h. The study analysed several factors that
would influence the performance of PRS in terms of Pressure, Temperature and
Joule Thompson Effect on the effect of mass flow rates. Also analyse PRS in
terms of techno economy. The study was conducted in July 2018 at the PT. PGN
Bekasi, West Java. The research method measures the PRS operation with a
capacity of 100 Nm3 / h for 6 times and performs mathematical calculations. From
the results of measurements and subsequent calculations, the analysis is done
using linear regression to get more accurate research results on regression and
its correlation between each parameter. In terms of techno-economics, it is
conducted by using the IRR method. From the results of the analysis conducted on
the performance of the Pressure Reduction System, it was concluded that the
parameters of Pressure, Temperature, Flow-rate have a very significant effect on
the PRS (Pressure Reduction System) performance so that it can be used to
reference PRS performance with a capacity of 100 Nm3 / H at gas supply pressure
250 bar as expected.

Elementary school age is an unstable age which is easily affected by everything;
companies do various ways to attract their attention. However, unfortunately not
all products produced are good for health. In addition, the prevalence of
obesity in children is increasing every year. This proves that healthy food
products cannot compete with unhealthy products. This study aims to analyze the
simultaneous influence of packaging, color, taste and nutritional knowledge on
food product purchasing decisions for elementary students. The sample of this
study was 50 elementary school students aged 8-9 years old. Data collection was
carried out by distributing closed questionnaires with 5 Likert scales. The data
were analyzed by SPSS 18 version, the test performed was the F test, the
coefficient of determination, multiple linear regressions and determine the
decision models to purchase. Based on the results of the study, it was found
that simultaneously F count (262,302) > F table (5,0175), it was found that
taste, color, packaging and nutritional knowledge influenced their purchasing
decisions. It influenced purchasing decisions, at a significant level of 5%.
Furthermore, based on the results of the analysis of the determination
coefficient of 95.9%, purchasing decisions are influenced by packaging, taste,
color and nutrition. The spider web purchasing decision models show that
packaging and the sense of being in the position are the most influential for
the purchasing decision. A number of 82% students agree that nutritional content
influences purchasing decisions. This shows that providing education to students
can influence decisions in purchasing food products. The results of the study
can be used as a source of information for food product entrepreneurs in
conducting promotions to attract the elementary students market.

The revitalization program in
traditional markets is carried out by 4 (four) principles, they are: the
condition of the physical market, managerial system, social, cultural, and
economic. In general almost all traditional market areas are lacking in good
market management arrangements. Many people complained about the uncomfortable
condition of the market, the lack of orderliness of traders in trading and
transactions, unstandarized dirty water channels, and the improper condition of
public toilets. After the revitalization of the traditional market program, the
consumers' buying interest is increased, consumers were satisfied with the
condition of traditional markets related to the environment, parking areas,
toilets, the quality of the products as well as the services provided by
traders. The purpose of this study is to compare the influence of consumer
perceptions on consumer buying interest as a result of the revitalization of
traditional markets such as the Sei Kambing Market, Kampung Lalang Market, and
Suka Ramai Market in Medan. The sampling technique uses area sampling.

Politeknik LP3I Medan.
North
Sumatra Province is one of the five largest oil palm producing in Indonesia, it
deals with with the considerable contribution in the plantation sector which is
a major driver in the economy in North Sumatra with superior commodity palm oil
however, its growth is still low. This research aims to determine the role and
position of the agricultural sector and the plantation sub-sector towards
regional infrastructure in North Sumatra Province. This research conducts
quantitative methods by using contribution analysis, Location Quotient (LQ),
Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) and income multipliers. In 2016 the plantation
sector contributed 24.90% to the total North Sumatra Province GRDP which can be
used as a benchmark in regional development in terms of economic growth, with
two agricultural subsectors that also have the largest contribution, namely the
annual plantation subsector with the value of contributions 13.34% and followed
by the food crops sub-sector 3.84% of the total GRDP. By one of the leading
commodities in the annual plantation subsector in North Sumatra, namely oil
palm. The position of the plantation sector in 2016 remains in the base sector
and in the future it can still be expected to become a base sector. When it is
seen from the value of the plantation sector income multiplier in 2016, a value
of 81.82 was obtained, which means that each one-dollar income in the
agriculture sector would have an effect on income changes in the province of
North Sumatra, where most of the regions are mainly in rural areas. Most of the
people work in the agricultural sector with 44.50 percent of workers.

Main Author from
Politeknik LP3I Medan.
English is an
international language that is currently most often used in various aspects
ranging from aspects of industry to aspects of education, workers to students.
But not all individuals from these circles can master English
well, due to lack of willingness to learn to learning media that are easy to
understand and use. English learning is divided into several levels, namely
Basic, Middle, to Expert (conversation). The most frequent mistakes in learning
English are at the initial level, namely the basic level, this level discusses
grammar, not everyone can use grammar properly, especially among students.
Grammar is very important to learn and master, because it will often be used
when making assignments in English or if students want to continue their level
of education in foreign universities. From this problem there are also
limitations to the existing learning media in the education community, for
example, at this time still often used the method of learning in the past
(conventional), namely face-to-face learning conducted by teachers / lecturers
to students / students. Along with advances in technology, some teaching staff
have begun to adapt to the future of learning media, namely computer-based
learning media (online) which is often called ¬E-Learning, this learning media
can be done anywhere, anytime, and anyone. Of the two learning methods there are
currently many shortcomings, if a teacher only focuses on one method, the
learning objectives will be difficult to achieve. Therefore, at present the
merger of the two methods is often referred to as the Blended Learning method.
The development of information and communication technology that requires
innovation and transformation in learning. Learning media innovation with
Blended Learning method which is often also referred to as a hybrid course
(combination of learning), can be implemented into an application-based system
that will facilitate users in learning Basic English Grammar. The purpose of
this research is to make it easier for students to master English, especially in
Basic English Grammar with Blended Learning methods using an application-based
system (startup) that can be run anywhere, anytime, and by anyone through an
Android-based smartphone. In this application system Blended Learning methods
are applied which can later be accessed by teachers / lecturers to students /
students. In this application system implementation will facilitate the way of
learning of students in learning Basic English Grammar consisting of adverbs,
tenses, modals, conditionals, to gerunds and infinitives, by directly contacting
the teacher who uses the application to explain the material that is not yet
understood to work on the exercise questions in it. The results of this study
are Application-based Systems (startup), and will be published in national /
international journals, accredited or not accredited as the outcomes to be
achieved from this research.

Politeknik LP3I Medan
This study investigated the realization of FIACS in English Classroom
interaction at Polytechnic LP3I Medan. The study was conducted by qualitative
content analysis method. The data were taken randomly from the utterances
uttered by English lecturers at Polytechnic LP3I Medan and gathered from two
different sessions, and then they were transcribed. The transcriptions were
analyzed by applying qualitative method based on the Theory proposed by Flanders
(2010). The findings found that all types of teacher talk were deployed by all
lecturers. The most dominant types of teacher talk deployed by the lecturers
were giving direction in form of direct talk. There were some reasons of
deploying Teacher Talk as he is such as the lecturers, his role in the classroom
interaction to direct students to be active and participate in the classroom
interaction. Therefore, context of teacher talk plays the main role to create
practical students who are ready to the real life and job requirement. Regarding
to the realization of the teacher talk itself, the students responded actively
to the lecturers’’ talk, in short the lecturers realized giving direction
dominantly in sense of creating an active interaction between lecturers and
students and vice versa.
