To get to this level your power level must be around 20,000 or more. Also it is believed that you cannot have a tail. Then, you must get angry, real angry. There are other ways but this is the most used. Goku points out to Gohan a lot in the Room of Spirit and Time that it comes with a need not a desire. The physical attributes are Gold hair, green eyes, and a golden aura.
Who can turn SSJ: Gohan, Goku, Trunks(Future and Chibi), Vegeta, and Goten.
Super Saiya-Jin Stage 2 ( Ultra SSJ )
No, not SSJ2, stage 2. Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks learned this in The Room of Spirit and Time. Goku realized he can increase his power 3 times by doing this but he becomes slower in the process so he thought it was no good in battle. However Trunks and Vegeta found a way to balance their powers. Once Vegeta did this he called himself Super Vegeta ( Cell Saga ). Trunks also did this in the Cell saga but concentrated too much on power and his speed began to let him down.The only physical difference is a Saiya-Jins hair gets a little whiter and sticks out more.
Who can do this: Goku, Vegeta,Gohan (he does it for a secong while fighting Cell before Android #16 dies) and Trunks
Super Saiya-Jin 2
Anger and rage also trigger this stage. Strength and speed of the Saiya-Jin are increased in sync so there is no worrying about too much power or too little speed like in SSJ Stage 2. The Saiya-Jins' hair gets a little longer and electric bolts periodically surrounds him. Gohan was the first to reach this level when Cell kill #16. Trunks reaches it when he fight Cell in the Future.
Who can reach this: Goku, Gohan,Trunks(Future not sure about Chibi) and Vegeta.
Super Saiya-Jin 3
Completly different to get to this stage. The only way is through hard training. Goku learned how to reach this stage in heaven after the cell saga. Power and speed are increased in sync with each other. Physically the Saiya-Jins' eyebrows are gone and the hair is gold and is quite long. The only draw back is that the stage uses up too much energy. The Saiya-Jin can only fight for a short time before they get tired and cannot continue.
Who can reach this: Goku and Gotenks.
Super Saiya-Jin 4
The "final" stage of a SSJ. In this stage of course power and speed are increased dramatically. The hair turns back to black and becomes slightly longer. The gold aura is still there but is very faint. Maroon ape-like hair grows on the chest and the tail comes back. Anger, sorrow, and rage trigger this stage. Vegeta can reach this stage but he cheated. He skipped SSJ3 and went straight to 4 with a device created by Bulma called the Brute Ray. Goku is the only one who earned this.

Super Saiya-Jin 5 (Rumored Stage 1)
The 2nd to last stage [by rumors] of a SSJ. In this stage of course power and speed are increased dramatically. The hair turns gray alomost like an old SSj4 and becomes even longer, yet kinda stand on end. The gold aura is no longer there but platinum/silver aura replces it. Maroon ape-like hair stays on the chest and the tail turns grey like the hair. Anger, sorrow, and rage trigger this stage.I have (Droid 17) only seen Vegetto do this in an Gif so I cannot say that this is true and who other than Vegetto can go this far....

Super Saiya-Jin 6 (rumored stage 2)
The (rumored) final stage of a SSJ. In this stage of course power and speed are increased dramatically. Yet now it's just like the one before it except there is some kind of streak in the middle of Gold much like how the fussions looks when they're not SSj like how they have the grey streak in the middle, well SSj6 have a Gold Streak in the middle and have Gold lightning and still a silver aura. Once again I've (Droid 17) has only seen one person like this which is Goku in this case so I'd amagine that he could go SSj5 but we'll find out if all these rumors are true when Dragon Ball AF come s out if it does....

Oozaru and Golden Oozaru
Oozaru
Oozaru is when a Saiya-Jin with a tail gazes at a full moon. They basically turn into a giant monkey with emense power (10 times there regular power. Vegeta and Gohan did this during the Saiya-Jin saga. Back in DB Goku killed his own grandfather accidentally in this form. The only way to transform back is to cut off the tail or remove the moon from sight.

Golden Oozaru
Honestly, I do not know much about this stage. I know that Goku did this when he was training on the moon at SSJ4. The only way to transform is to be in SSJ4 (cause you grow another tail) and gaze at a full earth. The hair is slightly golden and the face is kinda blue.
