I was talked to on the way home.
"Are you going home?"
It was Richard from France, who joined my
class a few weeks ago.
He is doing internship already; half day
for school, and the other half day for workplacement.
"How is your workplacement?"
"It's interesting. In school, classes
are passive, I mean the teacher has initiative,
but working is active. It's much better than
school."
I was glade to hear this positive comment.
By the way, Richard is considered as a gay
by some Japanese. One reason is that he once
winked Akira, a Japanese boy, and the other
reason is that he is more friendly to boys
and not so kind to girls, according to one
of his former classmates.
Yet, once we became classmates, I think
him
so nice.
He has advised me to make an easier way to
check e-mail, and he is always polite to
a teacher.
And now I've got to know "wink"
is one of his habits
He often winks instead of saying, "that's
right" or "it's nice".
So I will explain about it to Japanese friends
for Richard!
| 5.July.Thur. Sunny and Rainy Green tea |
I bought a pack of green tea and a sesame
oil in China town.
This green tea was unbelievable cheap!
But when I got home, I tried. Oh my
god!
It has no taste.
Just hot water.
We have Japanese proverb;
Buying cheap things is only to lose
money.
| 6.June.Fri. Cloudy in a pub |
I was going to go to pub with Nanako and
Steve.
When I went to pub, there were Steve, Leon,
Sung and Tamami, but Nanako.
I couldn't understand the situation for a
minute, then Sung whispered to me, "Tamami
likes Steve, so I took them here. Please
make them talk each other."
Really? Tamami, a pretty Japanese girl, has
never been in the same class with Steve,
more over, their time table of classes are
different.
Why did Tamami know Steve???
Anyway, I tried to make a bridge between
Steve and Tamami.
On the other hand, Leon was already drunk
and said, "I see two Fumiko, two Sung."
In a pub
Leon, Steve, Tamami and me.
