Charlie Chase has been
passionate about animals and specifically dogs for
many years. She started the dog-clothing line 2
Little Angels with her friend 3 years ago before
buying the company and changing its name to Angel
Ragz. Now Charlie is the sole owner and
proprietor of Angel Ragz and is excited to be
the new face in the growing popularity of
doggy-fashion.
On top of being an
entrepreneur, Charlie is an active member in saving
dogs from abusive homes or abandonment. She
currently has four dogs under her care and is always
looking for more opportunities to reach out and save
a dog’s life. Once the dog’s she has rescued are
healthy she begins looking for homes for them. Her
“adoption agency” is not a business but a passion
that she does out of the love for animals.
Angel Ragz clothing is
made from 100% cotton, non-flammable, machine
washable fabric. The designs are silk-screened onto
the clothing for a fade-proof finish. Angel Ragz
clothing is designed for small dogs 12lbs and
smaller. The lightweight fabric is easy to wash;
comfortable to wear, and even protects your dogs
from sun-damage.

“feel-good” fabrics that are eco-friendly and
aesthetically pleasing. Our passion comes from our
