About Us
REMEMBER.ME was formed by my uncle "John Smith" in 1998 in downtown Boston. It all started as a small photography studio who was run by uncle John. It was remodeled back in 2010 and expanded due to the popularity of the business due to the fame it's got thru the years and its quality. Now, after more than 20 years later the business is getting on a whole new level since we are now online for the first time and we can now show our work to many more possible customers thru our website.
The intent and purpose of this website is to demonstrate to visitors and customers why they need to get a professional picture taken and the impact they will leave on your memory after you see the result. To insure this, I have some pictures on the "Home" page to demonstrate the difference of having a picture and a professional photograph taken.
I choose the "Black and White" colors for the most part of the website because I consider this option effective when showing pictures or photoshoot art work as well as keeping everything simple and beautiful. I feel that these colors options would bring some characteristics and meaning to the website. Usually, the color "Black" brings a professional meaning as a background while the "White" would highlight the text in the website making it look classy and simple at the same time. On the other hand, visualization is always the most important aspect of a website making it readable to its visitors and make it as simple as possible to accomplish getting a potential customer after viewing our website entirely. For the fonts, I decided to keep it simple and ended up using "Arial and Sans-Serif" which are readable, as well as, professional when displaying any content. I feel like the website has been kept clean and organized with the decisions I made to complete my uncle's website.
Lastly, I would like to incorporate various features and contents to this site, such as, adding a slideshow of our best photos taken, also to be able to accept credit card and all sorts of payment capabilities on the website. Another content I would like to add in the future is a 'chatting' system so we can answer any questions visitors may have in real-time.
