Welcome to my website as you can see it is still under construction and a bit jumbled but hopefully with time and effort I can get it looking half-decent. At the moment I am just laying the foundations from which it will grow.

The idea behind this website is to try (even if its just in a small way) to educate and inform people about self harm and to show others who self harm that they are not the only ones.
