As a part of the team capturing the mental model of the farmer making a agricultural related query, I was involved in mapping the interaction at the user level. We did Contextual Inquiry in some of our visits to south Konkan. My responsibilities involve capturing user data and generating functional design specification.Through clustering hit documents into visual groups with related labels (bubbles) a interface with Venn Diagram based approach was tried. This interface helps to form the query and pushes related context-location, time, also combining horizontal and vertical navigation paths.
