The objective of this study was to unearth insights into the users' behaviours in the Collaborative Worksapce and rearrange them to redesign the platform. The lack of a definte evaluation model for such activity left us with freedom to test our assumptions and approaches in this assignement. The user catagories studies were entreprices developer, admin, Business Intelligence user with different entering focus a Collaborative Workspace. Effort was to identify a pattern from study of users' modeling of work. Work model was captured through every day activity, tasks broken down to discrete actions, arrangement and working with multiple tools at a time, a user's presence in organisational, personel, p2p(shared) space. To capture this CoU data we used templates, at-his-desk user interviews and some lab studies with assigned tasks.
