Admission Requirements

1. High school graduates shall apply for entrance examinations during the period announced by the Testing Center. Two (2) ID pictures and an entrance examination fee shall be required.

2. Admission will be based on the results of the entrance examination and the High School grades.

3. Upon admission, successful applicants shall be allowed to enroll and shall present:

• Form 138 (original and one Xerox copy)
• Two ID pictures (2" x 2")
• Certification of good conduct

Note: All UST High School students with a general average of 85% and above and with no grade lower than 80% in English, Mathematics and Sciences, are exempted from the entrance examination.
