OUR 30-DAY FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
We want to make sure you use our systems with satisfaction and ease.  After installation, we will provide you with thorough training and documentation to help you fully understand how to operate and maintain your system.  If technical difficulties or questions do arise, please contact our staff.  Our technical support team will provide you with prompt service (within 1 to 2 business days) free of charge for the first 30 days after installation.  After 30 days, technical support will be reserved for clients with an annual contract.

OUR 1-YEAR WARRANTY:
We offer a 1-year warranty on all systems and products with a defect.  Unlike most other companies, this warranty is provided directly from us as well as the manufacturer.  This way we can be sure to address your problems personally.  Please contact our staff and service will be provided within 1 to 2 business days.
