Method Puncture obliquely - 0 . 3 - 0 . 5 inch . Moxibustion is applicable .

Vasculature The first intercostal artery and vein .

Innervation The anterior cutaneous branch of the first intercostal nerve , the media] supraclavicular nerve ; the first intercostal nerve .
