However due to different priorities that had raised from themselves, the team (4) four was not made possible. But then, two Engineer Chris Cruz & Bibian Jatulan among the (4) four Engineers continue with a vision of putting up their own company pursue to be an independent trade contractor, hence the birth of 4LEAD.
One Uptown Showroom is a three (3) storey building located at the heart of Taguig City. It is one of Megaworld's luxury showroom and Marketing office. 4LEAD, initially known as Four (4) Legends Engineering and Architectural Design, was founded in 2015 by four friends who were engineers and architects aiming to start their own construction company. However due to different priorities that had raised from themselves, the team (4) four was not made possible. But then, two Engineer Chris Cruz and Bibian Jatulan among the (4) four Legend Engineers continue with a vision of putting up their own company pursue to be an independent trade contractor, hence the birth of 4LEAD. Way back 2010, after years of experience in construction industry, a husband and wife decided to venture out and started to independently enter into residential projects. Both employed and proven in their field of expertise, they carry the principles of customer satisfaction in every project they do. Slowly the group of 2 was being transformed into a cohesive team, each packed with collective experience from previous contracts both inside and outside employment which are not limited to repair and renovation, customer handling, civil and electrical engineering, interior and exterior design , the result, a small but complete and efficient team capable of handling complex and diverse project developments. With the main goal of delivering projects that meets the clients objectives, the couple was supported by its employer Bestrend Ventures Corp. to be an exclusive fit out contractor of the company. Catering the needs of some well known general contractors and developers such as EEI, Megaworld, Global Estates, MDC and ASEC.
4LEAD Assigns Professional and Constructions employees in the fields of engineering, accounting, safety management and healthcare. The Engineer will be responsible for planning, directing, and Problem Solving, coordinating activities concerned with the said Projects.
Founded by Bibian V. Jatulan in 2010, Bibian has provided 4lead Construction to customers in a variety of industries throughout its history. Our range of Construction has grown steadily over 10 years to match the needs of our customers. It began with Small Residential Construction to Large Projects.
