My Photos of
Bavaro Princess
Punta Cana
Jan/Feb 2003
This was the largest resort we have stayed at and the lobby area itself was quite large. It looked very nice and was nicely laid out. There was even a very quiet pool up off the lobby. The lobby area never seemed crowded even in the evenings. The buffet restaurant was in this area but was off by itself.
The gourmet restaurant was set on a pond up near the lobby area. The grounds were very nice with ponds all around. The main problem was the size - it was easy to get lost here. In the middle of this resort was a park area with walking paths. This meant it was a long walk from the lobby to the beach.
Of course the beach area was the place to be at this resort. We luckily had a room near the beach. This area had a huge pool; several restaurants open for lunch and a la carte dinners; (all under one roof) and several bars at the pool, beach and restaurants. Nothing in this area was far away and never seemed crowded.
