USMer's Outing at Batu Ferringhi 14-15 November 1998

"We went to Batu Feringhi on Friday and we were suppose to take off at 12.30 noon but one of the juniors were late and so we only started moving at around 2.00 pm. But anyway on the way there one of the junior almost had his wallet stollen but luckily he found out in time and the pick pocket who took it threw it back to him before running off. Wheeewww !!!!"

"I guess this trip was quite a sucess (a small sucess) eventhough the people who came were so so few 13 members and only 8 people staying overnight while the 5 went off .... but I'm glad we made it after so many setbacks. They never came for the spotcheck and we didn't have to worry about it !!! But we were enjoying ourself by the seaside that night and some were chit chatting, some were napping and the photos that we took !!!!!"
