i'm starting to think i could devote an entire web page to my experiences while driving to work in the mornings. today, in my short 20 minute drive i had two people cut me off. the first guy had some sort of natural gas containers in the back of his "pickup"-(yeah, another one of those idiots). You'd think if you're carrying flammable gases in your vehicle you'd be a little more contientious about where your exit is.

the second was just some idiot who turned in front of me because he miscalculated the amount of time he had. i wish that from 8:30am - 9am every morning, everybody could just stay off the roads until i get to work.

today instead of a joke or a quote or something i've decided to send you to "find out who your celebrity match is"--in the wake of the oscars and all. mine is brad pitt...so, i'm not complaining. the top one is for women and the bottom one is for men.

i feel like such a mother right now...i've taken over paul's plants because i feel they've been suffering long enough...and last week i started a little daisy plant from the seeds (which i've never done before...usually i buy a small plant already grown and just make it bigger), and the little buds showed up over the weekend...it's the cutest thing you've ever seen.

my fish are still alive, i'm happy to announce. they seem very content. although i do have to clean their water more frequently than i did jake's. i guess they just eat more--and there are three of them.

well, it's cold out today, but at least the sun is shining...yesterday was the weirdest weather day i've seen in awhile. it started out sunny, got cold and windy, started sleeting, then hailing...then finally snowing. none of it stuck, i'm happy to say. i guess it's suppposed to be sunny all day today and get nicer as the week progresses. there's nothing better than a sunny stretch in the middle of winter...it makes all the difference.
