海怡半島←→中環(交易廣場) (循環線):
(海怡平日早上六時零五分至晚上七時廿五分開出，中環平日早上六時三十五分至晚上八時開出)
途經怡南路、海怡路、鴨脷洲橋道、黃竹坑道、香港仔隧道、堅拿道天橋、告士打道、夏愨道、干諾道中、康樂廣場、港景街、交易廣場巴士總站，干諾道中、夏愨道、告士打道、堅拿道天橋、香港仔隧道、黃竹坑道、鴨脷洲橋道、怡南路、海怡路及怡南路。
平日早上七時至九時開出之班次，往中環方向改經黃竹坑道天橋、並不停位於黃竹坑道及香港仔隧道之巴士站；
平日尾班車約於晚上八時零四分抵達告士打道(稅務大樓)外之車站。
海怡半島←→中環(交易廣場) (循環線):

途經怡南路、海怡路、鴨脷洲橋道、黃竹坑道、香港仔隧道、黃泥涌道、摩理臣山道、天樂里、軒尼詩道、杜老誌道、告士打道、夏愨道、紅棉路支路、琳寶徑、遮打道、昃臣道、干諾道中、康樂廣場、港景街、交易廣場巴士總站，干諾道中、夏愨道、紅棉路支路、金鐘道、添馬街、德立街、金鐘地鐵站東巴士總站、樂禮街、金鐘道、軒尼詩道、分域街、莊士敦道、灣仔道、摩理臣山道、黃泥涌道、香港仔隧道、黃竹坑道、鴨脷洲橋道、怡南路、海怡路及怡南路。
由皇后像廣場上車之乘客，若抵達交易廣場時前車尚未開出，必須轉乘前面之車輛。
於快活谷馬場首場賽事開賽前一小時三十分至尾場賽事開賽前約三十五分鐘，本線往海怡半島方向改經摩理臣山道、黃泥涌道上行斜路及香港仔隧道。

via Yi Nam Road, South Horizons Drive, Ap Lei Chau Bridge Road, Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen Tunnel, Canal Road flyover, Gloucester Road, Harcourt Road, Connaught Road Central, Connaught Place, Harbour View Street, Exchange Square Bus Terminus, Connaught Road Central, Harcourt Road, Gloucester Road, Canal Road flyover, Aberdeen Tunnel, Wong Chuk Hang Road, Ap Lei Chau Bridge Road, Yi Nam Road, South Horizons Drive and Yi Nam Road.
Between 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. weekdays, journeys from South Horizons towards Central divert via Wong Chuk Hang Road flyover and omit bus stops along Wong Chuk Hang Road and Aberdeen Tunnel.
The last departure arrive Gloucester Road (outside Inland Revenue Bldg.) at around 8.04 p.m. weekdays.

From about 35 minutes prior to the start of the last race, the routeing towards South Horizons is diverted via Canal Road West, Canal Road flyover, Victoria Park Road, Causeway Bay flyover, Gloucester Road, Canal Road flyover and Aberdeen Tunnel.
