With effective from 4 November 2001, the routeing towards Central pass through Wong Chuk Hang Road flyover.
利東→中環(交易廣場):
途經利東村道、鴨脷洲徑、鴨脷洲橋道、黃竹坑道、黃竹坑道天橋、黃竹坑道、香港仔隧道、黃泥涌道、摩理臣山道、天樂里、軒尼詩道、金鐘道、皇后大道中、畢打街及港景街。
中環(交易廣場)→利東:
途經干諾道中、夏愨道、紅棉路支路、金鐘道、添馬街、德立街、金鐘地鐵站東巴士總站、樂禮街、金鐘道、軒尼詩道、分域街、莊士敦道、灣仔道、摩理臣山道、黃泥涌道、香港仔隧道、黃竹坑道、鴨脷洲橋道、鴨脷洲徑及利東村道。
於快活谷馬場首場賽事開賽前一小時三十分至尾場賽事開賽前約三十五分鐘，本線往利東方向改經摩理臣山道、黃泥涌道上行斜路及香港仔隧道。
在尾場賽事開賽前約三十五分鐘，本線往利東方向改經堅拿道西、堅拿道天橋、維園道、銅鑼灣天橋、告士打道、堅拿道天橋及香港仔隧道。

CENTRAL (EXCHANGE SQUARE) → LEI TUNG:
via Connaught Road Central, Harcourt Road, Cotton Tree Drive slip road, Queensway, Tamar Street, Drake Street, Admiralty MTR East Bus Terminus, Rodney Street, Queensway, Hennessy Road, Fenwick Street, Johnston Road, Wan Chai Road, Morrison Hill Road, Wong Nai Chung Road, Aberdeen Tunnel, Wong Chuk Hang Road, Ap Lei Chau Bridge Road, Ap Lei Chau Drive and Lei Tung Estate Road.
For horse race meetings at Happy Valley, between one and a half hours prior to the start of the first race and about 35 minutes prior to the start of the last race, the routeing towards Lei Tung is diverted via Morrison Hill Road, up ramp on Wong Nai Chung Road and Aberdeen Tunnel.
From about 35 minutes prior to the start of the last race, the routeing towards Lei Tung is diverted via Canal Road West, Canal Road flyover, Victoria Park Road, Causeway Bay flyover, Gloucester Road, Canal Road flyover and Aberdeen Tunnel.

Passengers towards Central may transfer Rt. 73 to Stanley with a $2.0 discount.
However, passengers can only enjoy in the second journey.
