於快活谷馬場首場賽事開賽前一小時三十分至尾場賽事開賽前約三十五分鐘，本線往利東方向改經摩理臣山道南行線、黃泥涌道上行斜路及香港仔隧道。

CAUSEWAY BAY (MORETON TERRACE) → LEI TUNG:
via Moreton Terrace, Causeway Road, Irving Street, Pennington Street, Yee Wo Street, Hennessy Road, Canal Road Bus Lane, Canal Road East, Morrison Hill Road, Wong Nai Chung Road, Aberdeen Tunnel, Wong Chuk Hang Road, Ap Lei Chau Bridge Road, Ap Lei Chau Drive and Lei Tung Estate Road.
For horse race meetings at Happy Valley, between one and a half hours prior to the start of the first race and about 35 minutes prior to the start of the last race, the routeing towards Lei Tung is diverted via Morrison Hill Road southbound, up ramp on Wong Nai Chung Road and Aberdeen Tunnel.
From about 35 minutes prior to the start of the last race, the routeing towards Lei Tung is diverted via Canal Road West, Canal Road flyover, Victoria Park Road, Causeway Bay flyover, Gloucester Road, Canal Road flyover and Aberdeen Tunnel.

SPECIAL SERVICE AS ROUTE N96
Special services will be provided on Lunar New Year's Eve, operates between Lei Tung and Causeway Road. Services will also be provided between Lei Tung and Causeway Bay (Hennessy Centre) on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. The fare is $7.10.
