本線於二零零一年十一月五日起，平日早上七時三十分至九時，往銅鑼灣方向改行黃竹坑道天橋。
With effective from 5 November 2001, the routeing towards Causeway Bay pass through Wong Chuk Hang Road flyover between 07:30 and 09:00 weekdays.
海怡半島→銅鑼灣(摩頓台):
途經怡南路、海怡路、鴨脷洲橋道、黃竹坑道、香港仔隧道、黃泥涌道、摩理臣山道、天樂里、軒尼詩道、怡和街、高士威道及銅鑼灣道。
平日早上七時三十分至九時開出之班次改經黃竹坑道天橋、並不停位於黃竹坑道之巴士站。
銅鑼灣(摩頓台)→海怡半島:
途經摩頓台，高士威道、伊榮街、邊寧頓街、怡和街、軒尼詩道、堅拿道巴士專用線，堅拿道東、禮頓道、摩理臣山道、黃泥涌道、香港仔隧道、黃竹坑道、鴨脷洲橋道、怡南路、海怡路及怡南路。
於快活谷馬場首場賽事開賽前一小時三十分至尾場賽事開賽前約三十五分鐘，本線往海怡半島方向改經摩理臣山道南行線、黃泥涌道上行斜路及香港仔隧道。
在尾場賽事開賽前約三十五分鐘，本線往海怡半島方向改經堅拿道西、堅拿道天橋、告士打道東行線、維園道、天橋、告士打道西行線、堅拿道天橋及香港仔隧道。
SOUTH HORIZONS → CAUSEWAY BAY (MORETON TERRACE):
via Yi Nam Road, South Horizons Drive, Ap Lei Chau Bridge Road, Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen Tunnel, Wong Nai Chung Road, Morrison Hill Road, Tin Lok Lane, Hennessy Road, Yee Wo Street, Causeway Road and Tung Lo Wan Road.
Journeys from South Horizons from 7.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. on weekdays divert via Wong Chuk Hang Road flyover and omit bus stops along Wong Chuk Hang Road.
CAUSEWAY BAY (MORETON TERRACE) → SOUTH HORIZONS:
via Moreton Terrace, Causeway Road, Irving Street, Pennington Street, Yee Wo Street, Hennessy Road, Canal Road Bus Lane, Canal Road East, Morrison Hill Road, Wong Nai Chung Road, Aberdeen Tunnel, Wong Chuk Hang Road, Ap Lei Chau Bridge Road, Yi Nam Road, South Horizons Drive and Yi Nam Road.
For horse race meetings at Happy Valley, between one and a half hours prior to the start of the first race and about 35 minutes prior to the start of the last race, the routeing towards South Horizons is diverted via Morrison Hill Road southbound, up ramp on Wong Nai Chung Road and Aberdeen Tunnel.
From about 35 minutes prior to the start of the last race, the routeing towards South Horizons is diverted via Canal Road West, Canal Road flyover, Victoria Park Road, flyover, Gloucester Road westbound, Canal Road flyover and Aberdeen Tunnel.

SPECIAL SERVICE AS ROUTE N592
Special services will be provided on Lunar New Year's Eve, operates between South Horizons and Causeway Road. Services will also be provided between South Horizons and Causeway Bay (Hennessy Centre) on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. The fare is $7.10.
