The next day we were at sea, traveling up to Alaska on the Dawn Princess. This gave us time to find where everything was on the ship, and to enjoy being on deck. |

This atrium with glass elevators spanned several stories in the center of the ship. It was surrounded by shops and the entrances to the dining rooms. |
During the day we enjoyed sitting on deck and watching the scenery go by. If it was cold we wrapped ourselves in a warm woolen blanket. We also spent some of the evenings on deck, looking for wildlife and watching the sunsets! |

Here we are all dressed up for the formal Captain's Welcome Aboard Dinner. We clean up nicely, don't we? We enjoyed the gourmet food and luscious desserts at our evening meals. |
