� Designed Project Monitoring and Evaluation Systems for Uttar Pradesh Land Development Corporation, Lucknow under Sodic Lands Reclamation Project II, financially assisted by World Bank
� Successfully implemented the Project SWASHAKTI, an IFAD and World Bank funded project for Rural Women Empowerment, in the capacity of Project Director with UPBSN, Lucknow;

(UP Land Development Corporation is a Governement of UP undertaking implementing a World Bank funded Project for Sodic Land reclamation) Major Responsibilities include Conceptualizing and negotiating new Projects, extension of existing ones with Funding agencies like World Bank, European Commission, IFAD and other international donor agencies, Monitoring the progress of the projects, Liasoning with World Bank and other international Teams, Making Presentations and managing MIS. Also undertook the responsibility to manage Project Swashakti in the capacity of Project Director, from August, 2002 to August 2003 and SAWERA during September, 2002-January, 2003
Projects' Brief:
� UPSLRP II - Funded by World Bank for Sustainable Land Reclamation through Participatory Approach. It focuses on Poverty alleviation through reclamation of sodic lands and micro-credit development.
� Swa-Shakti - Project funded by IFAD. The Project focuses on socio-economic Empowerment of women with special focus on self reliant SHGs and micro enterprise development.
� SAWERA Project - Empowerment of Women Farmers for Food Security funded by UNDP. The project aims at establishing women as farmwomen and enhancing food production
� EU funded Ravine Stabilization Project in 6 districts of UP.
