An MBA with Specialization in Information Technology, from Lucknow University. Also a Law Graduate from Lucknow University Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and Post Graduate in Economics with specialization in Econometrics from Christ Church College, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
At present I am working with Asian Development Bank as PPP (public private partnership) - Expert and facilitating Government of Maharashtra to promote PPP across all the sectors on the need basis. Earlier i was with UPBSN on a World Bank Funded Project to reclaim Sodic Lands in Uttar Pradesh as Sr. Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation). I have been associated with other projects being implemented by UP Land Development Corporationn in various capacities. The brief details of the projects are:
• UPSLR II P (1998-2007)- Uttar Pradesh Sodic Lands Reclamation II Project, funded by World Bank for Sustainable Land Reclamation through Participatory Approach with the objective of Poverty alleviation through reclamation of sodic lands and micro credit development.
• SwaShakti (1998-2004)- funded by IFAD. The Project focused on socio-economic Empowerment of women with special focus on self reliant SHGs and micro enterprise development. I contributed in the project in the capacity of Project Director druing August 2003 - August 2004.
• SAWERA Project - Sustainable Aagriculture for Women Empowerment in Rural Areas is a project for the Empowerment of Women Farmers for Food Security funded by UNDP. The project aims at establishing women as farmwomen and enhancing food production. My association was during August 2003 to February 2004 as projcect director.
