5.    To enhance and enforce policies and legislative measures        



Religion
       The predominant religion is Roman Catholicism with 79% of the population. Other religions include the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Aglipay, Iglesia ni Cristo, United Pentecostal Church, Born Again and the United Church of Christ in the Philippines and also Islam.
Languages
       Cebuano is dominantly spoken followed by Boholano and Illongo. Of the native tongues, Manobo dialect is the most popular. Other popular dialects are the Hiligaynon, Butuanon, Surigaonon and Kamayo.
