• Sales price per apartment 250 000 DEM. 18 units are already sold. Total income 60 x 250 000 = 15 000.000 DEM

• Cost for taxes, administration, permits, plans 2 670.000 DEM

• Profit = 100% on invested 7.5 millions DEM

• Rental price, for owners who want to generate income, during summer, 200 DEM per apartment and night. Illyrian Resort keeps 20 % as service fee.

• Building cost 300 apartments on 42 sq. m = 19 000 000 DEM

• Sales income 250.000 DEM x 300 units = 75 millions DEM

• Cost for taxes, administration, permits plans, tennis, pool,  disco, kiosk, shop, etc. = 17 millions DEM.

• Profit = 100% on invested 37,5 millions DEM = 37,5 millions DEM   

• Construction can be done in stages.   Not calculated profit/income is in foundations and equipment possible to rent out.
