Dear Mr.Cooper,

Sorry for my late reply.I have been trying to see if there is a way we can resolve this issue with the indemnity bonds or look for a better way to finish this transaction that is at it's brime instead of allowing our efforts die like that .

As it stands now I have been in contact severally with Union bank to see if it will be possible for them to release this fund via another bond company but they made me to understand that they will try their best to see if the money can be relieved via their credit center in Madrid Spain.The director International remmittance Dept "Union bank" assured me that he will call me today before noon to inform me if all works out well then I can be able to give you a statistical update on our project. I appreciate your patience and time.
